We built Plixie becausesomeone had to remember.
In most homes, one person is the walking calendar. The dentist appointments, the soccer cleats that no longer fit, the fact that it's Wednesday so it's Jamie's turn to feed the dog. We don't think any one person should hold all of that alone.
Our belief
The mental load is real work. Software should help carry it.
We built Plixie after watching the people around us run incredible households — and noticing how invisible that running is. The calendars in their heads. The chore math. The grocery list on a sticky note. We thought: what if a quiet little app could just hold some of this?
So Plixie doesn't gamify. It doesn't optimize. It holds the plan, quietly, and shows what comes next. It gives the whole family one place to look, with less for one person to repeat.
